Built for founders who want one clear UK company

Our UK launch is deliberately focused. It is designed for one founder who will be the company's sole director, shareholder and person with significant control. That narrower scope keeps the journey understandable and stops us selling a team-sized package to a solo founder.

What we form
  • One natural-person founder
  • Age 18 or older
  • UK or non-UK resident
  • Lawful, non-restricted business
  • England and Wales company
  • One ordinary £1 share
Not supported at launch
  • Multiple founders, directors or shareholders
  • Corporate ownership
  • LLP, PLC, CIC, charity or guarantee company
  • Bespoke articles or share classes
  • Sensitive company names
  • Regulated or high-risk activity without approval

Everything needed to form the company

One price, one order. No add-on you have to discover at checkout.

  • Limited company formation
A standard private company limited by shares, registered in England and Wales.
  • Registered office address
A first-year statutory company address that appears on the public register.
  • Director service address
A first-year public correspondence address for the sole director, so their home address stays off the register.
  • Digital incorporation documents
Certificate, memorandum, model articles, share certificate and company register.
  • UTR forwarding
We deliver the Corporation Tax UTR securely once HMRC issues it. HMRC controls the timing.
  • Authentication code delivery
Your Companies House authentication code is stored encrypted and shown only to the authorised account owner.
  • Statutory mail scans
Official correspondence received at the address service is scanned into your Formpreneur mailbox.
  • Banking application call
A 45-minute call to prepare your bank, payment-provider or Stripe application. We help you put together the strongest application we can. The provider still decides.

Your company records, organised from day one

Official documents arrive digitally in your dashboard. Sensitive values such as the UTR and the Companies House authentication code are masked by default and sit behind additional access controls.

  • Certificate of Incorporation
  • Memorandum of Association
  • Articles of Association
  • Share Certificate
  • Digital company register
  • Authentication-code letter
  • UTR letter
  • Statutory mail

Two addresses, two different jobs

They are separate statutory services. Knowing which is which saves a filing later.

Identity verification happens securely with our UK provider

UK directors and people with significant control must complete identity verification. After payment, our authorised UK formation and verification provider emails you a branded verification link and you complete the check directly with them. We record the outcome; we never receive or store your passport, selfie or proof-of-address files.

  1. 1

Pay and submit your Formpreneur order.

  2. 2

    Receive the provider's identity-check email.

  3. 3

Complete verification directly with the provider.

  4. 4

We place or complete the formation order after approval.

From idea to incorporated company

  1. 1

    Check eligibility

A few questions about you, your residence, your business and your banking readiness.

  2. 2

    Choose your name

A preferred name plus at least one alternative, so a refusal never stops the filing.

  3. 3

    Describe the business

You write it in plain language and pick a broad category. Our team assigns the Companies House SIC codes.

  4. 4

    Enter director and ownership details

One founder, one share, one person with significant control.

  5. 5

    Review and pay

Email code, a clear order summary, then card payment through Stripe.

  6. 6

    Complete identity verification

Directly with the provider, in their own flow.

  7. 7

    We submit the formation

Our team places the provider order and tracks it to incorporation.

  8. 8

    Open your dashboard

Documents, statutory mail, deadlines, UTR and authentication code in one place.

Usually fast, never falsely guaranteed

Usually fast, never falsely guaranteed
Most eligible applications are submitted once identity verification succeeds and are commonly incorporated within one business day. Companies House, provider review, an identity check, a company-name problem or a complicated application can all take longer.

The UTR is issued separately by HMRC after incorporation. Its arrival is not part of any incorporation estimate.

Know your banking path before you form
Bank and payment-account eligibility varies with where you live, where you trade, what you sell and each provider's own rules. Before checkout we check whether at least one supported application path appears to be open to you. It is a guide, not an approval.

Clear in year one. Clear before renewal.

The $329 formation order is a one-time first-year purchase. It does not quietly enrol you in an annual subscription. Before the registered office or director service address expires we send reminders and show you next year's price for your approval.

Questions founders actually ask

Can a non-UK resident form a UK company?
Yes, subject to identity, sanctions, business-risk and provider checks. The launch supports one natural-person founder who will be the sole director, shareholder and person with significant control.
Can a UK resident use Formpreneur?
Yes. The UK package is available to eligible UK and non-UK residents alike.
Is the London address my trading office?
No. The included addresses are statutory registered office and director service address services. They must not be presented as a staffed trading office or used for general business mail.
Does the package include VAT registration?
No. VAT registration is not included at launch.
Does it include annual accounts or tax returns?
No. The dashboard shows you the deadlines, but preparing accounts and tax returns is outside the UK launch package.
When will I receive my UTR?
HMRC sends it after incorporation, by post, to the company. We forward it as soon as we receive it, but we cannot promise HMRC's date.
Is a bank account guaranteed?
No. We help eligible customers prepare applications, but the bank or payment provider decides.
Who verifies my identity?
An authorised UK formation and verification provider. They contact you directly and use their own branded flow.
Do you store my passport or selfie?
No. Identity documents go straight to the verification provider. We hold the verification status and reference only.
Can I add another director or shareholder?
Not through the launch flow. The first release supports one person as sole director, shareholder and person with significant control.
Can I buy only the address services?
Yes, if you already have an eligible England and Wales company and are authorised to make the change.
