Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

Version: 1.0

Effective date: July 19, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Formpreneur uses cookies, browser local storage, and similar technologies on formpreneur.com and related public and customer pages.

It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

1. What these technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage and session storage allow a website to store information in the browser. Similar technologies can include pixels, scripts, device identifiers, and server-side logs.

Some technologies are necessary for a secure service. Others, such as Google Analytics, are optional and operate only after the required consent.

2. Categories

2.1 Strictly necessary

These technologies support:

  • Account sign-in and session management
  • Email one-time-code and authentication flows
  • Security, CSRF protection, fraud prevention, and load balancing
  • Checkout and Stripe payment functionality
  • Language and accessibility preferences
  • Cookie-consent choices
  • Dashboard operation; and
  • Other functionality requested by the user.

Blocking them may prevent sign-in, checkout, document access, or other core features.

2.2 Analytics

With consent, Formpreneur uses Google Analytics on public marketing pages and public tools where enabled to understand basic visitor counts, page use, referrers, devices, and website performance.

Google Analytics is blocked until analytics consent is given. Formpreneur does not use Google Signals, User-ID, remarketing audiences, or Google advertising features.

User-level and event-level analytics data is configured for up to 14 months. Aggregated reports may remain longer.

2.3 Browser-local invoice storage

The Free Invoice Generator stores drafts, settings, invoice history, logos, and signatures in your browser’s local storage.

This information is used to operate the tool on your device and is not intentionally sent to Formpreneur’s backend. Clearing browser storage can permanently erase it.

Local invoice storage is requested functionality rather than behavioral advertising.

2.4 Provider technologies

Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies necessary to secure and process checkout.

Google and X may use their own technologies when you choose social sign-in.

Cloudflare processes network, security, CDN, firewall, and basic traffic information. Some Cloudflare technologies may be strictly necessary to protect and deliver the site.

Provider practices are also governed by their own notices.

3. Current high-level inventory

The exact cookie names can change when providers or configurations change. The categories below describe the current intended use.

5. Browser controls

Browsers allow you to view, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Doing so may:

  • Sign you out
  • Reset language or consent preferences
  • Prevent checkout or security functions; or
  • Delete Free Invoice Generator drafts and history.

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Browser signals are evolving and do not have one universal technical meaning for every technology. Where applicable law requires recognition of a supported opt-out signal, Formpreneur will process it as required.

Formpreneur does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Updates

We may update this Policy when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
