We want founders everywhere to use Formpreneur without unnecessary barriers. This page explains what we aim for and how to reach us when something is hard to use.
1. Our commitment
We design and build pages so they work with keyboards, clear contrast, and common assistive technologies. We improve accessibility as we ship new features. This is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist.
2. Getting help
If a page, form, or document is difficult to use, email [email protected] or use our Contact page. Tell us the page URL and what you were trying to do. We will work with you on a practical fix or alternative.
3. Known limits
Some third-party embeds, generated PDFs, or older dashboard screens may not meet the same bar yet. We prioritize fixing issues that block formation, payment, or account access.
4. Feedback
Accessibility feedback is welcome anytime. It helps us decide what to fix next.
