For companies that already exist
A London address for your UK company, without moving house
Keep your home address off the public register. Use our London address as your company's registered office, as your director service address, or as both.
- For England and Wales companies that are already incorporated.
- Statutory mail scanned into your dashboard.
- Your home address stays off the public register.
- Identity verification through a regulated UK provider.
From $89 a year
Who this is for
This is the service to buy when the company already exists and the address is the problem. If you have not formed the company yet, the formation package includes both addresses for the first year and costs less than buying them separately.
- Your company is registered in England and Wales
- You are its director, or you are authorised to act for it
- Your home address is on the register and you want it off
- Your current provider is closing, or is too expensive
- You need a statutory address you will not have to move again
- The company is not incorporated yet. Start with formation instead
- You want a trading address for customer, supplier or parcel mail
- You need a staffed office, meeting rooms or a phone answering service
- The company is registered in Scotland or Northern Ireland
Three ways to buy it
The two addresses do different jobs. Most companies need both, which is why the pair costs less than buying them one at a time.
- Director service address
$89 a year
The public correspondence address for you as a director, so your home address does not appear against your name.- Director service address for one year, with director mail scanned
- Registered office address
$99 a year
The company's official address on the public register. Receives Companies House, HMRC and other statutory correspondence.- Registered office address for one year, with statutory mail scanned
- Both addressesBest value
$149 a year
Registered office and director service address together, for less than the two bought separately.- Registered office address for one year, with statutory mail scanned
- Director service address for one year, with director mail scanned
Two addresses, two different jobs
They are separate statutory services. Knowing which is which saves a filing later.
| Service | What it covers | Public record |
|---|---|---|
| Registered office address | Official company correspondence from Companies House, HMRC and other statutory senders | Company record |
| Director service address | Official correspondence addressed to the director in that role | Director record |
What arrives, and what we do with it
These are statutory address services. What that means in practice is worth reading before you buy, because it is the difference between a service that works for you and one that quietly does not.
- Companies House letters and notices
- HMRC correspondence addressed to the company
- Court and other statutory documents
- Letters addressed to the director in that role
- Customer, supplier and marketing mail
- Parcels, couriers and product returns
- Bank cards and payment-provider deliveries
- Anything addressed to a person in a personal capacity
How it works
- 1
Choose the service
Registered office, director service address, or both.
- 2
Give us the company
Its name, its registered number and its incorporation date. All three are on your certificate.
- 3
Verify and pay
Confirm your email, agree to the terms, then pay once by card.
- 4
Complete the identity check
Our regulated UK provider emails you directly. The service is not active until they approve the order.
- 5
Use the address
We confirm it in your dashboard, and only then do you file the change at Companies House.
One year, then your decision
An address is a service with a next year, and a registered office that lapses is a real problem rather than a billing one. So we remind you before the year ends, quote the renewal price, and never charge one you have not seen.
First year
From $89 a year
Year two onwards
Quoted before renewal
What the price does not include
- General business or trading mail
- Physical forwarding or postage
- Parcel acceptance and returns handling
- Confirmation statements, accounts or tax filings
- A bank account or payment-provider account
- Legal or tax advice about your filings
Questions before you buy
- Can I use this address for customer and supplier mail?
- No. These are statutory address services for official correspondence from Companies House, HMRC, courts and other statutory senders. General business mail and parcels need a separate business-mail service.
- Will my home address come off the public register?
- Once the change is filed at Companies House, the new address replaces the old one going forward. Historic filings that already show your home address remain part of the public record, and Companies House has its own separate process for suppressing an address that has already been published.
- Who files the change at Companies House?
- You choose during the order. You can file the AD01 or CH01 yourself, or authorise us to file it for you once the service is active. Either way, nothing is filed before the provider has approved the order.
- Can I use the address straight after paying?
- No. The service becomes active only after our regulated UK provider approves the order and the identity check passes. Filing the address before then would put an address on the register that is not yet yours to use.
- Do I need to be a director?
- You can order as the company's director, or as someone authorised to act for it. An authorised-agent order needs a short human check of the authority behind it before we take payment.
- What do you need from me about the company?
- The registered name, the company number and the incorporation date. All three are on your certificate of incorporation and public on the Companies House register.
- What happens if I do not renew?
- We tell you well before the year ends. If you decide not to renew, you need to move the address on the register before the service lapses. A registered office that no longer accepts mail puts the company at risk of being struck off.
- Is this cheaper than the formation package?
- It is a different product. The formation package includes both addresses for the first year alongside the incorporation itself. If you have not formed the company yet, start there.
