A free invoice generator that skips the signup
Most invoice tools want an account before they will hand over a PDF. This one runs in your browser instead: fill in your company and client details, add line items, set a tax rate or a discount, pick a template, and export the finished invoice. Nothing is uploaded and there is no watermark.
How to make an invoice
Fill in the details
Add your company, your client, an invoice number, and the issue and due dates.
Add line items and totals
List what you are billing for, then choose a currency and add a tax rate or a discount. Totals update as you type.
Export the PDF
Pick a template, draw a signature if you need one, and download the invoice. The file is generated on your device.
Invoice generator FAQ
- Is the invoice generator really free?
- Yes. Every feature on this page is free, with no account, no trial, and no watermark on the PDF. We keep it open because most of our customers needed to invoice someone long before they had a company.
- Do I need an account to download the PDF?
- No. The invoice is built and exported in your browser, so you can download it without signing up. An account only matters later, when you want invoices saved, numbered automatically, and sent from your company.
- Where does my invoice data go?
- Nowhere. The draft you are editing stays on your device and the PDF is generated locally, so client names and amounts are never uploaded to Formpreneur.
- Can I add my logo, tax, and a discount?
- Yes. Upload a logo, name your own tax such as VAT, GST, or sales tax and set its rate, and apply a discount as a percentage or a fixed amount. You can also draw a signature and choose between three templates.
- Can I use this for my US LLC?
- Yes, and many people do. Once you form a US LLC with Formpreneur, your dashboard adds saved clients, recurring invoices, and sending — but this free page keeps working either way.
